   - Resistant to cigarette burns. No damage to the surface and nicotine stains can be      easily removed.
   - Free of PVC, plasticizers (phthalates), halogens (e.g. chlorine), formaldehyde and      heavy metals.
   - Free of asbestos.
   - In case of fire, they do not generate hydrogen chloride, dioxins, furans and cyanide      derivatives, which are very dangerous for people and equipment.
